Analist Post

Hello! I am María Dolores, the analyst, in this work I have to evaluate the work of the group and answer these questions:

a. What was the best part of the activity? The best part has been to design our own school because we have learnt more about the organization of a school. The school board is one of the most important part of the school, it is composed by the staff of school and other people.

b. What was the worse? The worst part was, at first we didn´t know what we have to do, because our stars acted like the boss, they gave us orders and the things which we had to do, so we were confused and overwhelmed because we had few time to do the task.

c. What was the best moment of the week (in the work of the group)? We had got only one day but we were great time searching information and designing our school, although at first not was like that.   

d. What was the worse? We were lost at first because this task was different, the star normally is a person who usually presents the task, but this time was different, the stars had to choose two members of our group to present the task, while they were like the rest of the public.

e. What have you learnt? We have learnt the organization of a school, there are a lot of people who have to be on charge of that institution, for example, the School Broad is one of the most important part, it is composed by many people.

f. What do you need to conserve -as a group- for the next weeks? In this task we have learnt to do a quickly work, we had an hour to design our school. Other times we knew that we had more time and we were calmer, sometimes the pressure is good because we can see that we are able to work quickly.

g. What do you need to improve –as a group- for the next weeks? We need to learn that we have to divide the work in a better way, because we felt overwhelmed and we couldn´t concentrate at first, but at the end we complemented between us.

h. How THIS content is related to other contents in the course and in your degree? This content can be related to many contents of our degree because we had to design a school with his school broad, the organization, schedules and so on. So we have to take into account the children who are from different cultures and countries (sociology of education), the technologies which they are going to use to develop their learning (ICT), the planning of students, for example schedules (planning of education).

i. There is any evident social connection of this content (news, politics, etc.)? We can connect this task with the current changes which took place in the organization of schools with the new law, LOMCE, because we have to be aware about the organization according it. When we studied the law of education we saw some advantages and disadvantages for students, and we understood the polemic situation.

Translator Post.

Hello everyone!! I am Raquel and I have been the translator of my group this week, as all of you know, the translator have to choose five key words about the work that we have done, It has to include the definition of each concept with my own words and based on academic resources. This week we have done two cmaps about the actual law of education LOMCE, of course to do this cmaps we have reviewed the last law LOE.

1. Cmap (Conceptual map): It is a grafic representation of knowledge which consist on a network of concepts which are connecting each other, the relationshipos between these concepts are the arrows. It is a form of structure the knwoledge to study and to have it more clear.

2. LOE: It was an educational law, the previous law before the LOMCE, which organized all the educational system's functions, including the teachings, the teachers framework, the schools, their inspection, the economy, etc. Providing an important role in to the attention to student diversity. It was approved officially in 2006 when it was of obligated fulfillment.

3. LOMCE: It is an education law which have modified the last education law, LOE, but it do not change it at all. It is known popularly as Wert Law but it is abbreviate as LOMCE. As I have said before it is only a modification of the last law called LOE, so it also organized all the educational system's functions, including the same things as the other but with the modifications.

4. Organization: It is an instrument which organize those with you work. In conclusion, organization is a form of organize a system to get the whised results. There are a lot of kind of organization, but in this case we talk about school organization, and it is based on how school is organized, the relationship between teachers, students and so on. In the same way a school organization can exist only when there people who are capable to work together in an organize form to get a common objective.

5. Administration: It is an action to administrar o gestionar people, companies, resources and so on to get targeted. This concept refer to the structure, the operation and the performance of those organization which are being administered.

Finally, I would like to say that with this task we have learned several things, we have learned how to organize the information that we have, we have learned to do a cmap and also that we have several tools to do it online. And finally, although we are not expert in this laws, after this taks we know a few more about them. We have enjoyed a lot doing this cmaps, I hope you enjoy it!!

Facilitator post.

Hello! I'm Rosana and this week I'm the facilitator. This role, as Raquel explained the last week, consists on organize the work of my group. I must divide, organize and coordinate the work of each member, encourage the dynamic of the group and help to the members with their problems. And finally I also have to conserve and secure the blog's quality, answer the comments, correct the spelling, etc. Like the past week, the star role have been divided between two people. The role of each person is:

~The facilitator: Rosana Sánchez
~The journalist: Blanca Puche, she must comment in the blogs of the others groups and, furthermore, she must to take photos and videos of our group while we work.
~The analyst: María Dolores Muñoz, she has to evaluate the work of the group, that is, have to answer to questions as: what was the best and the worse part of the activity, what we have learnt and so on.
~The translator: María Mula, she has to choose five important words about the activity and explain them with her own words but also with scientific resources.
~The curator-farmer: Esmeralda Martínez, her role consists on do a compilation of the references used in the activity, and has to do a Pearl-tree.
~The stars: Alba Velasco and Raquel Lorenzo, who have the most important role. They have to represent in class the activity done during the week, with a poster.

This week all the group has been working hard and I'm very glad with my classmates because they demonstrate their effort and their responsibility.

As facilitator, I said to each member of the group when they had to have the work done, because we needed that the activity was done in time for the stars prepared their presentation. In this way, we had done the poster and the whole activity on Thursday, leaving to the stars all weekend for prepare well the presentation. Furthermore, I helped to my classmates when they had any problem or they didn't understand something.

And, finally, this week I have been monitoring the twitter and the blog. This afternoon I published the post about the activity of this morning in class, about cartographic maps.  Besides, and for last, I worked with my mates in the mindmap used in the exposition.

Facilitator Post

Hello! I am Raquel, the role that I have this week is the Facilitator of my group, which is composed by seven menbers, as you know there are only six roles so in this group we have divided the star role between two menbers.

As the majority of you know my role consist on divided, coordinate and organize the work of each menber of the group, encourage the dynamic of the group and help the other menber with their problem and affairs. And finally I also have to conserve and guarantee the blog's quality, answer the comments, correct the spelling and so on.

The organization of my group is:

The journalist: Alba, she has commented in the blogs of the others groups, also she has maken photos and videos of our group while we were working.
The analyst: María, she has answered some questions about the activity of TPACK and put marks to each menber of the group about how we have worked.
The translator: Esmeralda, she has choosen five key words that we have learned this week with this activity, she has defined them and looked for some information about them.
The curator-farmer: Blanca, she has maken the pearltree and the references.
The Star: Mª Dolores and Rosana, they have explained in the class the poster which has been maken by the hole group.
As administrator and the person who coordinate the activity of each menber of the group, I have to say that I am very happy with the work of my groupmates because we have worked very hard in this activity.

In my role as facilitator, I have said to each menber when they had to have their activities maken to have it at time. I also helped them when someone didn't know exactly what they had to do or how to do it. So in sum, I have helped them to clarify their activities.
About the web of the group, I have created the twitter of the group and the blog and I have maintained the dynamic in them, answering the comments, looking for followers and correcting the spelling. I have created the post of the TPACK in our blog. And finally, I have worked with my groupmates in our mindmap for the exposition.
